Bit2Me Pro commissions: from 0.50% maker and 0.60% taker

Using Bit2Me Pro and its tools has no cost: you only pay commission when buying or selling. Moving funds between the Wallet and Pro is free and instant. The initial rate is 0.50% for makers and 0.60% for takers, and decreases based on the volume traded in the last 30 days, excluding stablecoin pairs.

The maker is the one who leaves a limit order in the order book. The taker is the one who executes instantly, as in a market purchase, and pays more. In addition, the level of Space Center, Bit2Me’s loyalty program, gives discounts of up to 50% on these rates.

Cryptocurrencies in EUR and stablecoins markets

This is the category that most users will use, with pairs like BTC/EUR, ETH/EUR or BTC/USDC. These are the undiscounted rates from Space Center:

Volume (30 days)Maker feeTaker fee
0 € +0,50 %0,60 %
2.001 € +0,20 %0,30 %
50.001 € +0,16 %0,26 %
250.001 € +0,08 %0,16 %
500.001 € +0,06 %0,15 %
1.000.001 € +0,04 %0,14 %
5.000.001 € +0,03 %0,13 %
25.000.001 € +0,02 %0,12 %
75.000.001 € +0,01 %0,11 %
250.000.001 € +0,00 %0,10 %

With the maximum discount (level 7 of Space Center, -50%), the initial rate drops to 0.25% for maker and 0.30% for taker. The Bit2Me website advertises "up to 0%", but that percentage is only reached as a maker from 250 million euros in volume or in pairs of stablecoins.

Stablecoin pairs

Pairs with a stablecoin as base currency, such as USDC/EUR or EURC/USDC, have a fixed rate: 0% maker and 0.01% taker. The volume traded in these pairs does not count for ladder climbing.

Deposits at Bit2Me: free transfer and crypto without cost

Depositing on Bit2Me from an external wallet is free for the user. In euros, SEPA bank transfer is free of charge, while other payment methods may carry a fee of up to 1.99% for operating and management fees, which is reduced according to the Space Center level. The exact amount is always shown before confirming.

Withdrawals in Bit2Me: euros without commission and crypto according to the network

Withdrawing euros by bank transfer is free, with a minimum of €10, although not immediately. Sending cryptocurrencies to another Bit2Me user with Bit2Me Pay is also free. Withdrawing from an external wallet has a cost that is not dependent on Bit2Me: it is calculated according to the network costs at the time of sending and varies depending on the chosen currency and network.

Withdrawal methodFeeMinimumMaximum
Bank transfer (EUR)0 €10 €No limit
Bit2Me Pay (crypto)0 €0.25 € (equivalent)2.000 € / day

There is a cost to consider: inactive accounts pay €10 per month. The account is considered inactive with no transactions for more than 12 months or no logins in the last 3 months, and the commission is no longer applied when re-entering or trading.

Bit2Me Earn: up to 19.20% APY with more than 40 cryptocurrencies

Bit2Me Earn is the way to make your cryptocurrencies work without having to sell them. Deposit your assets and the platform pays you a return for each, with over 40 cryptocurrencies available. Deposit and withdraw has no commission.

There are two ways to participate:

  • Earn flexible: is the option for almost all assets. Your cryptocurrencies are still available and you can withdraw them at any time.
  • Bit2Me Token (B2M) at 12 months: you block it for one year in exchange for an APY of 9.82%.

Here are the most profitable cryptocurrencies:

CryptocurrencyProfitability (APY)
Terra (LUNA2)Up to 19,20 %
The Graph (GRT)Up to 19,00 %
Kava (KAVA)Up to 16,20 %
Kusama (KSM)Up to 15,90 %
Mina (MINA)Up to 15,40 %

And these are some of the most popular, with lower returns:

CryptocurrencyProfitability (APY)
Bitcoin (BTC)Up to 0,50 %
Ethereum (ETH)Up to 6,00 %
Solana (SOL)Up to 7,80 %
Cardano (ADA)Up to 3,50 %
XRP (XRP)Up to 0,50 %

The most interesting thing is how it’s billed. The rewards are paid every week and reinvested alone thanks to automatic compound interest, so each week you also generate profit on what you have already earned, without doing anything.

Important note: APY is variable and changes depending on asset, so it’s not guaranteed. It’s important to understand the risk and liquidity of each cryptocurrency before you start.

Bit2Me Card: up to 7% cashback paying with your cryptocurrencies

Bit2Me Card is a Mastercard with which you pay with your cryptocurrencies in any store, online or physical, and receive up to 7% cashback on your purchases. It works like a debit card: you link the wallet you want to use, pay for it, and can change it whenever you like. Requested from the Card section of the app, it is compatible with Apple Pay and Google Pay, and cashback can reach up to 39% if you combine it with Earn (up to an extra 7% with a stablecoin) and with Bit2Me Life (up to an extra 25% in member shops).

Before asking for it, consider the costs. Paying from your crypto wallet has a 0.95% commission, while paying from the euro wallet costs nothing, and the virtual card is free. The physics costs between 0 and 20 € depending on your level, with 5 € more if the shipment is outside of Spain. In addition, the cashback has a monthly cap that depends on your level in Bit2Me: it goes from €7.50 at level 1 to €300 at level 7, and level 0 does not receive cashback. That’s why you should check your level before asking for it.

Space Center: the Bit2Me level program

Space Center is Bit2Me’s loyalty program. Works with quests: complete challenges such as verifying your account, adding funds, trading or using the card, and each one gives you points. With higher-level points, from 1 to 7. Available only from the app.

The higher your level, the more advantages you have in other products, such as discounts on commissions, more profitability in Earn and more cashback with the card. It’s a good option if you use Bit2Me frequently, because the benefits accrue without paying anything extra. You can also get up faster by buying and blocking B2M, but high levels require very high investments, so it doesn’t pay off if you’re just looking to save on fees.

Bit2Me Pay: send money abroad with stablecoins and without sending commission

Bit2Me Pay is the service of Bit2Me to send money abroad with stablecoins regulated by MiCA, such as USDC or EURC. Charge your account with euros by bank transfer or with cryptocurrencies you already have, choose the stablecoin and indicate only the phone, email or alias of the recipient, without copying wallet addresses. If you do not have an account with Bit2Me, the platform will notify you to request the shipment.

The most attractive thing is the cost: Bit2Me Pay does not charge any commission for sending, and according to the platform itself a typical sender would charge around €17.50 for a shipment of €500. The estimated delivery time is less than one minute and the limit is €2,000 per transaction. But whoever receives the money gets stablecoins and not local currency, something to consider if your family needs cash.

Bit2Me Invest: funds, stocks and ETFs from the Bit2Me app

Bit2Me Invest is the service with which Bit2Me allows investing in traditional assets, such as investment funds, stocks and ETFs, from the same app where cryptocurrencies are bought. Not provided by the exchange itself: offered by Bit2Me Stocks as a linked agent of InbestMe, a securities agency supervised by the CNMV, so it is governed by investment regulation (MiFID II) and not by that of crypto assets (MiCA). To start, you need to activate the service from the app and do an eligibility test.

What sets it apart is the focus on funds. It offers low-cost versions, with no retrocessions, and Spanish taxation plays in its favor: transfers between funds are not taxed until reimbursement, and the platform generates a summary for IRPF. As a limitation, it is a traditional investment service, so it does not include crypto funds, and each trade has a fixed cost that can weigh in small or very frequent contributions.

Bit2Me Pro: the advanced trading platform of Bit2Me

Bit2Me Pro is the trading platform with order book of Bit2Me, designed to trade cryptocurrencies more accurately than from the Wallet. It is accessed with the same Bit2Me account, but works with a separate Wallet Pro, so you have to transfer funds from the Wallet before starting trading. Each time you choose a trading pair, the platform automatically creates the corresponding portfolio.

It is aimed at users with some experience, since the interface and concepts can be complex for those who start. It allows you to set the price at which you buy or sell, something that cannot be done with instant purchase, and provides charts with analysis tools, mobile app and API for automated operation. As limitations, it has only three types of orders and all are automatically canceled after 30 days.

Security in Bit2Me: how to protect your funds and your account

Bit2Me keeps a large part of its users' funds in the cold, with HSM technology and multiple signatures. The custody is managed by Ledger Enterprise, and the company has up to $150 million insured with Ledger. It should be noted that this is the custody insurance, and the website does not detail which losses it covers or whether it directly answers to each user.

In addition, there is the regulatory framework. Bit2Me is based in Spain, has a MiCA license from the CNMV and is registered with the Bank of Spain. According to the company itself, it has never suffered a theft of funds since 2014 and has passed five consecutive independent third-party financial audits. Also has certifications such as ISO 27001 (information security) and ISO 22301 (business continuity).

You can also reinforce your own account with these options:

  • Two-factor authentication (2FA): a second step at login.
  • Authorized Device and IP: You control where your account is accessed.
  • Biometric access: fingerprint or facial recognition in the app.
  • AI behavior analysis: Bit2Me checks connections and operations for suspicious movements.

Our recommendation is to enable at least 2FA and device control. Bit2Me does its part, but these measures take a couple of minutes and cover the most common risks.

Proof of reserves and deposit coverage

According to a 2024 Cointelegraph report, Bit2Me publishes a Merkle tree reservation test, verified by Hacken, and the euro money deposited is 100% covered. The same report gives it an 8 out of 10 score in cybersecurity. These are data from two years ago, so they may have changed, and it is worth checking on the platform if the reservation test still applies.

Bit2Me Token (B2M): the platform’s utility token

B2M is Bit2Me’s own token, released in 2021. Its function is to give advantages to those within the platform, such as discounts on commissions, more profitability in Earn or early access to new services. It can also be redeemed for Space Center points to level up. This is not a cryptocurrency intended for use outside the Bit2Me ecosystem.

That’s why it only makes sense if you use Bit2Me frequently and the benefits are compensated. These advantages are company-defined and may change over time. Also, it is a token with low liquidity and high volatility, so don’t buy it just for the discounts. It can be purchased in Bit2Me and other markets such as Uniswap or Bitfinex.

Customer service at Bit2Me: phone and WhatsApp support

Bit2Me offers several support channels, and one of the most notable is the phone, something unusual in exchanges. Operates from 9:00 to 20:00 (CET) and there are local numbers for Spain, Portugal, France, Brazil, Mexico and other countries. You can also write on WhatsApp or open a ticket, which respond within 24 to 48 business hours. The care is available in more than seven languages.

If you prefer to solve it on your own, the support center gathers more than 200 help articles, and Bit2Me Academy has free content for learning about cryptocurrencies. In addition, there is a community on Telegram with active users where questions can be answered. For issues with your funds, the best thing to do is to use your phone or ticket, which will record your inquiry.

Bit2Me vs Bitvavo, Kraken and Coinbase

Bit2Me fits very well if you want to trade in euros from Spain with everything on a single account, but depending on what you are looking for you may be interested in another option. All four exchanges are MiCA licensed, so the difference is in the fees, the catalog and the type of user they are directed to.

Exchange maker / taker Cryptocurrencies Ideal for
Bit2Me 0,50 % / 0,60 % More than 300 All in one account and support in Spanish
Bitvavo 0,15 % / 0,25 % More than 400 Trading in euros and low fees
Kraken 0,40 % / 0,80 % More than 600 Extensive catalog and advanced trading
Coinbase 0,40 % / 0,60 % More than 260 Beginners who prioritize simplicity

Bitvavo is the most direct rival in commissions, with much lower upfront fees, although it has no phone support or products such as card or investment funds. Bit2Me compensates with a more complete ecosystem and Spanish-language attention. Kraken offers the widest catalog and Coinbase the simplest app, but both charge more on the first installments.

Bit2Me in 2026: is it worth it?

Bit2Me is one of the most complete options for those who want to trade cryptocurrencies in euros from Spain. It brings together in one account the purchase and sale, Pro for advanced trading, Earn, the card, Bit2Me Pay and Invest, with MiCA license from CNMV and support in Spanish, also by phone. Its catalog exceeds 300 cryptocurrencies and the platform is designed for the Spanish-speaking user.

There are two aspects to consider. Wallet fees are high, with 0.95% plus a spread included in the price, and inactive accounts pay €10 per month. That’s why we recommend it especially to Spanish users who value having all the services and good support in one place. If your priority is to pay the minimum, it’s best to trade from Pro or level up in Space Center. Even so, the balance between ecosystem, regulation and customer service leads us to score it 4.3 out of 5.

  1. I've been using Bit2Me for a while now, and my experience so far has been very good. As an investor, what I value most is peace of mind, and this app provides it thanks to its robust security system and intuitive interface.

  2. I would recommend it for someone starting out who wants to feel more confident with a local platform. That said, it can't compete with the big players in terms of fees and the number of cryptocurrencies available. It's a convenient solution, but not the most economically efficient.

  3. A good platform for getting started with cryptocurrency. It's easy to use, customer support is responsive, and although it offers fewer options than other exchanges, that simplicity is also one of its strengths.
